Paulo is the Partnership Manager for the Asian Research Institute for Environmental Law (ARIEL). Aside from his work with Ariel he also consults for various organisations from NGOs, social enterprises, Government and Civil Society Organisations. He also holds a Juris Doctor Degree from San Beda College Alabang, School of Law.
