OUR PEOPLE

Coleen is the Outreach Manager of Asian Research Institute for Environmental Law. She is an environmental advocate who has been working on banning single-use plastics and waste management in the Philippines. She was previously the plastic campaigner of Oceana Philippines. She is also the plastics campaigner of EcoWaste Coalition,  part-time lecturer at the De La Salle University and consultant of the Law and Policy Reform Program of the Asian Development Bank.
